Athletics
Building Champions in Competition, Character, and Faith
Faith Academy Bellville believes that athletic competition offers unique opportunities for students to develop a God-honoring character. Based on Colossians 3:23, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord,” we train our student-athletes to give their best effort while maintaining humility, integrity, and discipline.
Athletics are an important part of the student experience at Faith Academy Bellville. Through competitive sports, our student-athletes develop physical skills, strengthen their character, build lasting relationships, and learn what it means to work together toward a common goal.
Our coaches strive to develop the whole student-athlete – physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually. Practices and competitions provide opportunities for students to grow in discipline, perseverance, leadership, responsibility, and good sportsmanship while using their God-given abilities to honor Christ.
At Faith Academy, success is measured by more than the final score. We want our student-athletes to compete with excellence, lead with humility, respond to challenges with resilience, and represent their school, families, teammates, and faith with integrity.

High School Athletics
Our high school athletics program offers 9 sports and over 15 teams governed by the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS), and it is among the fastest-growing and most successful in the Houston area. Our high school athletics program allows student-athletes to compete at a challenging level while continuing to grow as leaders and teammates.
High school athletes are expected to demonstrate commitment in the classroom, at practice, during competition, and throughout the school community. Through consistent training and meaningful competition, students learn to manage responsibilities, overcome adversity, set goals, and place the needs of the team above individual recognition.
