Are you aware that Box Tops for Education is free money for our school? It’s a great program and an easy way make a difference for our kids. This year (March 2, 2011 to March 1, 2012) our goal is $1,000, which translates to 10,000 box tops. That may sound a bit daunting but we’ve already submitted 3,187 and have another 1,150 ready to go. We’re almost half way there! That’s $433.70 we’re receiving simply for clipping a little symbol off of products we already use. Technically, we can earn up to $20,000 per year.

There are 3 ways to collect Box Tops:

1. CLIP - Clip the Box Top from participating products and send them to school. Each one is worth 10 cents! You can put them in a baggie, glue them in groups of 50 to the special Sonic coupon sheets available in the office, or use some of the other special sheets your child’s teacher will be getting.

2. SHOP ONLINE – Shop at your favorite online stores (Walmart, Kohls, Eddie Bauer, and Land’s End, to name a few) through the Box Tops Marketplace, boxtops4education.com/marketplace. Up to 15 eBoxTops per $10 spent is automatically donated to our school at no additional cost to you. Plus, you’ll get exclusive deals and discounts!

3. READ – Buy books online through the Reading Room, a partnership between Box Tops and Barnes & Noble. Our school receives up to 6 eBoxTops per $10. boxtops4education.com/earn/readingroom

Prayer at Faith Academy is what keeps the wheels of education rolling. All honor and glory is given to God for what He has made possible here. Please consider joining the PIT CREW each Friday morning from 8:15-8:45 a.m. in Room 413 at the high school. Georgeann Butler (FA mom!) leads this group in praying for the FA faculty, students, campus, community and country.
